Local Auto Dealers & County Schools Federal Credit Union

Join Forces to Give Back to Our Schools!

This fall the Simi Valley Education Foundation arranged a wonderful partnership with our local car dealers in Simi Valley and the County Schools Federal Credit that benefited public schools in Simi Valley! We are happy to report that together they raised $9,740.

During the Driving Education Back to School Marathon the dealers featured on the left, agreed to make a donation for EVERY new and/or used vehicle sold during the months of September and October.  In addition, $50 was donated for every car bought and financed through County Schools Federal Credit Union. The success of this fundraiser was due in part to everyone who purchased a vehicle also to those who acknowledged and thanked our dealerships for being a part of the program.

Thank you once again to DCH Toyota of Simi Valley, Simi Valley Ford, K&J Auto Exchange, Simi Valley Buick/GMC, Kirby of Simi Valley, 1st Auto Group and Wm. L. Morris Chevrolet.

We are honored to have the support of these great businesses.  Successful community partnerships create further awareness, commitment and financial support for continued educational development of the students and teachers of the Simi Valley Unified School District.

Simi Valley Education Foundation Surprised Every School in Simi Valley With a $1,000 Gift Donation -- Totaling $28,000!

This past year, the Simi Valley Education Foundation held new fundraisers (Jail & Bail and Concerts) as well as partnered with businesses here in Simi Valley, and as a result we increased the dollars raised. Because our schools support our efforts every year, we wanted to thank them by surprising them with a $1,000 donation that they can use at their discretion.
